This detached house enjoys views over the surrounding countryside.  The original part of the house is built of stone with a tiled roof on two storeys.  There is a large attached stone barn with corrugated iron roof (in need of replacement).  Water and electricity are on site and a septic tank was installed about 20 years ago. Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the potential of the property.

Villedieu-les-Poêles and Brécey are a 10 minute drive away. The UNESCO heritage site of Mont-Saint-Michel is only a 30 minute drive. Mainline trains, and motorway access (A84), can be found at Villedieu giving access to Paris in 2 hours 50 minutes.  The coast at Granville is about a 25 minute drive.  The ferry ports of Saint Malo, Caen and Cherbourg are easily accessible.
