Message From The Seller

‘The property has been our ‘special place’ for over 30 years. It gives us a chance to escape the rat race and recharge our batteries in complete tranquility. We just turn up, take off the dust sheets and start having fun! We love the region and all our friends and neighbours but most of all, we love the simplicity and economy of an off-grid holiday home, with the opportunity to cycle, walk, go fishing, spend the day at the beach or just relax by the fire with a good book. The grass is currently managed for us and there is plenty of ‘overspill accommodation’ if guests want to come and camp in the paddock. For anyone wishing to develop the property further, both mains and solar electricity are possible.’
