My favourite things about this place is that it is safe for dogs and children in the main front garden, fenced and gated. Also set back from the road it feels safe from passing traffic of which there is very little.
The aspect is great with a south facing yard and private hedged area but in the hottest months the back door to the kitchen opens to a cool grassed terrace.
