This house is of historical interest as it was the birthplace of Georges François Xavier Marie Grent (1872) who went on to be Cardinal, scholar and teacher.  The house was believed to have been used by the priests and then by nuns who administered and fed the poor and needy, and as a health centre in the 1960’s.  There is possibly a hidden cellar accessed from under the stairs where the boiler is located.
