Our favourite memories were the warm stove in the winter/cold weather, that really felt cozy and radiated through the house. Also we could open up the doors to the front of the living room where we could have a bbq in Summer when the family was staying.

Detached individual bungalow with basement and attractive garden

This detached bungalow was built in 1960 and has light and airy accommodation on the ground floor and it has been re-wired within about the last 2 years.  There is a full basement in which there is a bedroom and en-suite shower room, together with a workshop, boiler room and garage.  The garden is predominantly in front of the bungalow to the south elevation.  Viewing is highly recommended.

The house is conveniently situated within easy reach of the villages of Romagny and Notre-Dame-du-Touchet.  Further shopping can be found at Mortain which is just 5km away and St Hilaire du Harcouët (10km) or Domfront (15 km). The  UNESCO heritage site of Mont St Michel is 41 km away.   The ferry port of Caen-Ouistreham is 1 1/4 hours away, St Malo is 1 1/2 hours away and Cherbourg is 2 hours.  Calais and the Euro Tunnel are approximately a 5 hour drive.
