Message From The Seller

Its character in total peace, tranquility and security with a feeling of space yet only being 5 minutes from an excellent town with all amenities as well as the renowned local village restaurant.  It sits in the middle of its plot so the garden goes all around which is perfect for pets who are totally safe in the end of lane location.  Being in the very South of Normandy on the Loire/Brittany crossroads, we benefit from a superb climate and with easy access to the coast, the food is superb. The sunsets and dark night sky are amazing.  It’s just somewhere we can properly unwind and even though it’s a substantial farmhouse, it’s cosy in Winter for the two of us and large enough for big parties and entertaining at all times.  We’re very sorry to be moving on.
