We are delighted to announce that we can now sell and find you a property in and around the beautiful city of Rouen. The latest addition to our small, dynamic team is Olena Dobrorodneva who spent some time with us initially for a work placement. As Olena was seeking a qualification in Real Estate, she was advised to come and seek out her work placement with us. We are delighted that she called into our office as we got the chance to work with this incredibly talented woman who speaks no less than 4 languages. Olena is based in Rouen and should you be looking to sell your property there, then please do get in touch below.
Olena describes herself below:-
Hello, my name is Olena, I am a citizen of the Ukraine. Before moving to France in March 2022, I already had a strong connection to Normandy, as my son graduated from a technical university in energy engineering in Rouen, which has now become a real second home for my family (although, of course, my native Kyiv is the best city in the world for me).

After the start of the war, we were forced to leave Ukraine and, over time, I began to rebuild my life in France – to study the French language in depth, make new acquaintances and dream of a new business that I could do here that felt interesting and fulfilling.
I have the education of a psychologist and an economist and I worked in the business sector in Ukraine for many years. The most recent, longest and brightest experience was the position of Director of Organisational Development at the company UFuture – an Investment Company. Even in these difficult times for Ukraine, this company continues investing in the construction of commercial and residential Real Estate.

I had the opportunity to develop extremely interesting projects within this company – a Corporate University, Personnel Reserve Development programs and a High School for Top Managers to name but a few. Our team constantly developed and learned from the best. We had many hours of training, site visits and met with business leaders from different countries from across the world. Because of this, we visited Silicon Valley, MIT, South Korea, China, the United Arab Emirates and all of Europe.

So a little more about me, I speak four languages: Ukrainian, my native language, English, French and Russian. I like to travel the world. I had the opportunity to climb to a height of 5,000 in Nepal, visited many Eastern countries such as: Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, India, Singapore, and visited family in England, New Zealand and USA. I am so grateful to have had the chance and opportunity to discover the culture, history, lifestyle and values of so many different countries. Not only that, it has been a fabulous chance to meet so many different people. This is a key motivator for me, a key factor for my development and enables me to gain a greater insight and knowledge about people and places. In my spare time, I like to view contemporary art galleries, practice yoga, trekking and reading. They help me achieve my inner balance.
Having analysed my experience, my competences and motivation, I decided to open a new page of my professional life and look to become, what I had wished to do for a long time, a Real Estate Agent. For those who once moved to another country, you will probably know how difficult it is to fit into a new place. I understand this being that bit older, being a person who is already well over 40! I have a lot of empathy for people wishing to make a big move to a new country or a different region of France and I am confident that I can help you realise your dream.
But all the paths, sometimes strange and complicated, which carried me to France brought me one day to the office of Suzanne’s agency in France. Here I saw sincere people, extremely professional and dynamic who had created a super powerful and effective team. This team is, of course, lead by someone that is incredibly efficient, professional and also had the faith and trust in me to give me this wonderful opportunity – Suzanne Jenkins-Pearce.
Suzanne and her team gave me a helping hand taking me on as an intern – I was stunned when, during the first week of my internship, Suzanne offered me a position as a Real Estate Agent. It was the happiest time for me and an unforgettable moment. I couldn’t quite believe that Suzanne had done this and so quickly. But that’s the kind of person she is – she knows how to recognize, support and make decisions that are great for everyone involved. A true leader.

So now I happen to work and have the support of this wonderful team whilst I am based in the Rouen region. Suzanne in France has a huge international as well as local client base. I now have the opportunity to communicate with our clients in English, French and other possible languages. Many clients have the desire to buy property in Normandy, which is known for its beauty and proximity to Paris, not to mention the UK.
I am delighted to work in the Rouen region – every day I discover wonderful places, history and the rich culture of Normandy. I love this because I am passionate about art and design and Normandy, in this sense, is an inexhaustible source of new information. I love meeting new people, being able to hear their stories and understand their needs.
And ultimately, I can and I will find them the perfect home and make their dreams come true!
