How it all works when your viewing appointment has been booked via an Introducer.

Many clients, in the heady days when there were no restrictions in coming over to view French property, are confused by who they are meeting, driving distances, who their appointment is with, etc..  So here is an explanation of how it all works.  Part of my marketing strategy has always been to work with trusted, established Introducers in the UK.  I am a qualified, Carte Professionnelle holding, registered and insured, bi-lingual Estate Agent and I own and run my Agency in Normandy, Suzanne in France.

When I take a property on to the market I forward the details to 7 or 8 of my Introducers in the UK.  They then advertise the property through their own media, websites, etc.  If you have any queries about the property they are directed to me.  I have seen all the properties that I have on the market and can give additional information about the surroundings, the property itself, schools, amenities and other important factors for you to consider.  I also make videos of the properties so that you can do a virtual viewing.

If, when you have been to view a property, you decide to make an offer you let me know.  I will then inform the Introducing agent.  You remain their client and once your property purchase has completed they will receive a share of the Agency fees.  Sometimes, when clients are actively looking, they contact more than one of my Introducers.  It is the first of my Introducers that have passed on your information to me who remains the introducing Agent.  Many Introducers work with several Agents.  If you would like any additional information, please let me know.
